Speech transcript by Terry Wilson. Photographs by Udo Breger, Y. Fujii and C. Kohlhofer. Bilingual edition with text in English and German. The book’s contents are divided in half with the German in front and the English portion in rear. The edition was reprinted in 1988, 1993 and 1996. A source of confusion is that all of the reprint editions are marked “First German Edition” on the collation page. However, only the true first is dated 1984.
