hi
I took the cover photo for Kulchur 2…of Bob Thompson …the painter…
is it possible to get a copy?
Charles Rotmil
fantastic issues…
I’m doing research on Bob Thompson and would like to contact Charles Rotmil about his photo for Kulchur 2. Can you either send him my email address or tell me how to get in touch with him?
Thanks for putting Kulchur covers and info online. This sure beats the blurry Xeroxes I was able to make at a university library back in the mid-80s!
Leroy McLucas, or Leroy Lucas, lives today in Austin, Texas. I have his business card if anyone is interested in contacting him. He did a book with Ed Dorn on the Shonone Indians. He did covers for Kulcher and for other New York city publishers. He tod me once he kept for Jack Kerouac his jazz collection. He is mentioned in Hettie Jones’ memoir on page 198. Lost figure of the Beat Generation and the Black Arts movement.
Exciting to see all of this! Just wondering if the comparative article on Burroughs and Trocchi by Ed Dorn in Kulchur no. 7 is available online anywhere? If not, looks like it’ll be off to the British Library for me. Many thanks.
hi i’m planning to do my master thesis on Kulchur magazine
and i am very interested in the covers
I just started my research
so
could you please tell me where could i find some information about stephen solosy?because i really did not find anything about him or his works.
thank you!
I’ve got a copy of Kulchur 15 featuring article on Burroughs by Donatella Manganotti. Where could I sell it?
I am doing research on John Wieners and am wondering if I can possibly get a photocopy of Kulchur 2 (pages 94-95)? I have heard this is a review of Wieners’ The Hotel Wentley Poems by Jones.
Looking to purchase full set of Kulchur vol. #1-20.
