I have a copy of “LUXE EDITION” of The Seven Deadly Sins, Bound in Leather and signed by and dated 1992 by Burroughs on the title page. The book is also numbered in the rear. It is either numbered 41/150 or “A1″/150, the first number/letter could be taken to mean either one.
I bought this in 1992 or 93 for I believe around $500.00. It has a thick plastic dustwrapper around it and has never been read (only to see the info listed above.
I would like to sell it…but I have no idea what it is worth? I’ve never seen I True “luxe” ed. for sale, and I’ve searched for almost 20 years! It may be the only one issued.

I checked both versions; they both have the limitation page. The luxe edition, however, is hand-numbered –/– and Burroughs’ signature and the year appears at the front of the book.

The ‘luxe edition’ listed at around $495 when it was originally published. It’s bound in leather instead of cloth like the trade edition, but otherwise it’s pretty much the same (except, of course, it is signed and numbered). I haven’t seen one of the true leather-bounds for sale lately. Abebooks has one that claims to be the ‘luxe’ version, but it is not numbered and it is not in leather and the dealer is asking $660

I have a cloth bound, unsigned edition that states on the last pagel… ” luxe editon 150 signed…” How much is this worth these days?
