Dear Jed,
Nice to read your reaction. The button mentioned by bigcrux was by JPA who was and is my sister. I put about 100 of them out with the catalogue, along with the clark / d.a. levy card [printed for the catalogue], and the Harold Norse / Gysin letter [now at the Univ. of Delaware library - originally purchased by me from Ira Cohen]. The catalogue cost $1500 to print at the Peace Press in L.A. I sold enough of the special copies to cover costs. My direct model was WE MODERNS. I purchased the tape from William who thought the piece too rhetorical - I liked it a great deal - both as sound and the writing and was glad when he gave me permission to use. The tape itself is wandering in Limbo. Not sure if it is here or if it was lost during one of my moves.
The cover of the catalogue was a tribute to Brion and was first published in an issue of Henri Chopin's OU.
The internet has added a great deal but I do miss the days of hand typing catalogues...and the delightful mail correspondence from the generally informed.
And I enjoyed your visit...I still feel remiss in not responding to your publications that you so generously sent. My vision is continuing to deteriorate and I have still not learned to read in the halting manner now required.
Your site is one of the great creations - a grand idea and well executed. Stay well, Love, Richard at Am Here

My copy has several awesome extras laid in: a card with a d.a.levy piece on one side and a Tom Clark piece on the other; and a facsimile letter, with the explanatory note: This letter was typed by Harold Norse, annotated by Brion Gysin, and sent to Ira Cohen. It provided the name AM HERE BOOKS with the silent chorous [sic] hopefully clear: "HAVING WONDER FULL TIME WISH YOU WERE." R.A.

I also have a button made out of shredded U.S. paper currency which I believe accompanied the original.
