I spot checked about 4 or 5 Evergreen Review over the first 31 issues. Roy Kuhlman is not listed in the masthead. You mentioned that he was not involved in the production and only the head of production is listed not the designer. Hope this helps.

Thank you for this list. I am Roy Kuhlman’s daughter, and currently working on my own Bibliography of all the covers and designs that RK did for Grove. Do you have the entire copy of all of these editions? I am wondering if there is a credit for RK inside. My memory is he designed the format of these but he was not involved with the production. And for the smaller size magazine I recall he designed most of the covers, if not all. And when it moved to the standard magazine size he did a few of those as well, but not all of them.
