I was trying to get a hold of the 1960s (1962? Don't have the book to hand) TV show he did with Alex Trocchi in London (there's a transcript of it in New York), but the British Film Institute, who have it in their archives never wrote back. Shrug. Sure the new letters book will turn up some more interesting nuggets here and there from researchers. I've actually read the IT piece you reproduce here before.
