It's too damn bad about the Chelsea but it was clear this was going to happen. Reminds me of seeing the Hacienda club in Manchester made over into condos.

I can't believe that the Guardian reproduces that falsehood about Burroughs composing Naked Lunch at the Chelsea. Don't those people check their facts?
