i keep forgetting to psot this, but finally remmebred!

what do we all make of Ploog's cut-up book as hosted by this very website?

i can't praise it enough. It's come along at just the right time for me. Just when i'd abandoned all thought or prospect about cut-ups/Burroughsian practices in my own 'writing' (i use that term loosely *lolz) along comes an inspirational and sexy work like this one

thank you, RealityStudio! :) and thank you Mr Ploog

You're very welcome. And don't forget about Carl Weissner's book-length text, Death in Paris:

Thanks for posting that, Johnny. Very interesting. The funny thing is, I always derided the cut-up as parlor trick rubbish, but when I was writing my own book, which I am just finishing the final reading-through of this week for publication, I reached for...

...the cut-up method.

I knew of no other wordway to juxtapose thought and sound and fury and sight and chaos convincingly, if indeed such a thing is even possible. I don't know how it turned out, but I guess I'll find out eventually.
