New York: Fuck You Press 1965, Maynard & Miles A12a. Burroughs objected to the design of the publication by Ed Sanders (of which only about 20 copies exist according to M&M) and settled on the Beach Books version (below), which still has a rather amateur-ish look about it. These FU Press copies almost never appear on the market.
San Francisco: Beach Books 1966, first printing of this Burroughs-approved edition, one of 3,000 copies. Maynard & Miles A12b.
_____ 1968, second edition of this work in wraps, one of 3,000 copies. Has “second printing” on inside cover. Maynard & Miles A12c.
