See http://tinyurl.com/2gxaac If I am right I saw this copy at a bookshow in NYC and the cover looks far better than the one I own with minimal loss due to the separation from the magazine itself. It is almost $1800 and the cover is detached though which is a huge consideration for that kind of money. If I remember correctly a copy with the cover attached sold on eBay late last year for around $800-1000. I think that is right.
