Both males and females experience an increase in orgasmic intensity, more of the "red mist" that overtakes one on the throes. 2 to 5 mg, under the tongue, made up by a compounding pharmist, 15 to 30 minutes prior to sexual activity. One's sensitivity to the nausea side effects varies so approach higher doses with care. I never understood why it was developed and marketed just for men's erection purposes. As the great grandson of Dr Wolberg (I have a very early typed copy) that Burroughs mentions sending to Wolberg prior to sending it to Ginsberg (in a 1957 letter to Ginsberg). I feel the letter is of importance but have not been able to locate a published draft to compare it to.
